Try them like this: no thawing required. Rinse the mushrooms and place in a frying pan with some extra vergin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste, cook at moderate heat fot 12 minutes. Add chopped garlic and parsley. These mushrooms can be used as tasty accompaniment to main couses or as a base for risotto and pasta dishes.
